摘要
阐述了汽轮机高压缸、中压缸、低压缸效率和热耗率的计算方法,推导出了缸效率和热耗率之间的关系式,并以某电厂亚临界600 MW机组为例,采用不同工况下的热力性能测试实验数据对汽轮机高压缸、中压缸、低压缸效率进行了计算,分析了不同工况下机组各缸效率变化对热耗值的影响程度,合理评价了机组的运行经济性。
This paper introduces the calculation method of cylinder effect and heat consumption of high-voltage cylinder,medium-voltage cylinder and low-voltage cylinder and deduces the relation between cylinder effect and heat consumption,and taking sub-critical 600 MW unit in a power plant for example,adopts experimental data of thermal performance under different working conditions to calculate the effect of high-voltage cylinder,medium-voltage cylinder and low-voltage cylinder,and analyzes how cylinder effect influences heat consumption under different working conditions and gives reasonable evaluation on the running economy of this unit.
