摘要
为确保动车组行驶过程中各部位的螺栓扭矩正常,进一步预防螺栓脱落等事故,针对工况恶劣和重要部位的安装螺栓,结合三、四级修进行了定向追踪的扭矩校核,涉及校核的动车组20列、部件19个,对其扭矩衰减情况进行数据分析和原因分析,筛选出扭矩衰减程度最高的部位进行重点防控,进一步解决动车组检修可能存在的盲区问题。分析得出,扭矩衰减的原因主要由配合面间的微观不平面被压平、循环受载的微动磨损、部件间结合面的张力松弛这3部分形成。
In order to ensure the normal torque of bolts in various parts of the EMU and further prevent accidents such as bolt falling off,this paper conducted directional tracking torque check for installation bolts in harsh working conditions and important parts,combined with the third and fourth level maintenance.The torque attenuation of 20 EMU columns and 19 components involved in the check was analyzed by data and cause analysis.The parts with the highest degree of torque attenuation are selected for key prevention and control to further solve the problem of blind areas that may exist in the maintenance of EMU.The analysis shows that the causes of torque attenuation are mainly composed of three parts:flattening of the microscopic non-planes between the mating surfaces,fretting wear under cyclic load and tension relaxation between the connecting surfaces.
