摘要
虽然企业跨国经营战略多种多样 ,但是 ,其基本的跨国战略管理特征却表现为三个方面 :多国化、全球化和综合化。多国经营战略是具有多国化或分散化表现特征的战略形式 ;全球经营战略是具有全球化或集中化表现特征的战略形式 ;而综合经营战略则是把这两种战略综合起来加以协调应用 ,构成了具有分散和集中两种特征的综合化跨国经营战略。企业从这种战略管理的基本原理出发 ,在充分了解跨国经营战略实质与内涵的基础上 ,全面掌握跨国经营的框架类别和表现特征 ,以及各种跨国经营战略间的相互关系和作用 。
The basic characteristic of multinational business management puts up three aspects:multi domestic, global and comprehensive, though it is diversified. Multi domestic business strategy is a strategic form of multi domestic or decentralization; global business strategy is one with globalization or centralization; and combining both together, we can form comprehensive business strategy with characteristics of centralization and decentralization. An enterprise will effectively formulate and implement its multinational business strategy accordingly on the base of better understanding the essential principles, interactive relations and decision making framework of the strategy.
