摘要
内部市场化的管理起源于企业,新医改形势下公立医院市场竞争越来越激烈,通过内部市场化,可以达到降本增效、提升竞争力目的。本文通过对公立医院当前存在的医院经营、科室发展和人力资源管理问题,提出借鉴企业内部市场化管理的新模式。
Internal market management originated from enterprise.Public hospitals faced increasingly fierce market competition under the new medical reform.They could reduce costs,increase efficiency and accelerate competitiveness through internal market management.In this article,based on those problems currently existing in public hospitals about hospital operation,department development and human resource management,author has advanced a new mode of internal market management.
