摘要
医药服务收费管理工作是医院管理工作的难点,它面临着患方、医保、物价和医院之间错综复杂的关系和矛盾。分析医院面临医药服务收费管理中存在的困惑,作出应有的思考,构建和谐医患关系,取得医保部门的理解和物价部门的支持,调动医务人员积极性,提高医院社会效益和经济效益有着重要的现实意义。
The management of medical service charges in hospitals is a difficult work due to the complication and contradictions among patients, medical insurance, price administration department and hospitals. Therefore, it is of great importance to analyze the confusion and reflect on the problems in this issue in order to construct a harmonious relationship between patients and hospitals, get support from the medical insurance and price management departments, arouse the enthusiasm of medical staff as well as to improve both social effect and economic returns.
