小麦根尖组蛋白H_3提取方法比较 被引量:1

摘要 分别用直接酸抽提法、酸抽提-乙醇沉淀法、酸抽提-三氯乙酸沉淀法对小麦根尖的组蛋白H_3进行了提取及15%SDS-PAGE电泳检测,对这3种不同的提取方法及SDS-PAGE的电泳图谱进行了比较,确立了一套适合于小麦组蛋白H_3的提取及电泳检测的方法。发现利用直接酸抽提法提取小麦根尖组蛋白H_3,操作简单,提取效率高。电泳结果显示,其杂质干扰少、条带清晰、分辨率高。
