摘要
为了探索经济可行的缓解红叶桃夏季叶色返青的方法,以1年生红叶桃为试材,研究了夏季不同浓度的磷酸二氢钾与蔗糖溶液混合喷施对红叶桃叶片色素含量、可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量和花色素苷合成关键酶活性的影响。结果表明:叶面同时喷施磷酸二氢钾和蔗糖溶液后,红叶桃叶片中花色素苷的含量、花色素苷与叶绿素的比值、可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性、过氧化物酶活性均高于喷施清水对照。各处理中,以喷施0.3%磷酸二氢钾和0.6%蔗糖处理的红叶桃叶片着色效果最佳。
To find a way to relief leaf regreening of red-leaf peach in summer,one-year-old red-leaf peach was used as material to study the effects of mixed solution of KH2PO4 and sucrose on pigments content,soluble sugar content,starch content,key enzymes activities of anthocyanin in the leaves in summer.After applications of KH2PO4 and sucrose mixture,the anthocyanin content,the ratio of anthocyanin to chlorophyll,the soluble sugar content,the starch content,the activities of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase and peroxidase in the leaves of red-leaf peach were higher than those in control.The application of 0.3% KH2PO4 and 0.6% sucrose mixed solution for red-leaf peach showed the best effects on leaf pigmentation.
