摘要
六味地黄丸与金匮肾气丸分别是补益剂中补阴、补阳的常用方。现代研究表明,二者均具有免疫调节作用。本文从正常机体、老龄机体、虚证机体、荷瘤机体以及其他方面,将两首补益方剂的免疫调节作用进行整理。目的是为寻找出两首补益方剂对机体免疫调节作用的靶点,进一步研究经典补益剂延缓衰老免疫学机制做出理论指导。
Liuweidihuang prescriptions and Jinkuishenqi prescriptions are commonly used of the tonic prescriptions.Modern research shows that they both have immunomodulatory effects.Divided into five parts,including normal organism,aging organism,weak organism,organism suffering from cancer and other aspects,the paper overviews the immune regulation effects of the two tonic prescriptions.The purpose is to make theoretical guidance for the further study of classic tonic prescriptions,which can delay aging and enhance immunity,in order to determine the research direction.
