摘要
分析了转向轻便性试验条件,应用LabVIEW图形化编程语言,构建试验台数据采集系统;实时采集转向盘转角和转矩信号,并对执行元件进行控制,按照试验条件自动进行操作。在自主开发的测试系统上进行某型号电动助力转向系统(EPS)的转向轻便性试验,证明了该测试系统的有效性。
The test standard of EPS portability test is analyzed.A data acquisition system is established by LabVIEW program,which can pick up steering wheel angle as well as torque sensor signal and automatically control the process of experiment.One kind of EPS portability test is carried out using our system,which firmly proves the validity of the system.
