摘要
为确定卫生资源配置标准中各层次医疗机构的合理结构 ,从需要、需求和供给现状 3方面分析了广东省医疗资源的结构布局。结果显示广东省医疗资源总结构基本合理 ,但不同地区各层次医疗资源结构不合理 ,倒三角现象主要在大城市 ,而农村与经济落后地区高层次医疗机构仍显不足。医疗服务需求的畸形发展可能是导致医疗资源分布不合理的原因之一。
Inordertodeterminethereasonablestructurefordifferent levelmedicalinstitutionsindeveloping thestandardofhealthresourcesallocation ,theauthorsundertookananalysisofthedistributionofmedicalresourcesin Guangdongfromtheperspectiveofthecurrentstatusofneed ,demandandsupply.Theresultsindicatethatthetotal structureofmedicalresourcesinGuangdongisbasicallyrationalwhilethestructureofmedicalresourcesatvariouslev elsofdifferentareasisirrational.Thephenomenonof“areversetriangle”appearsmainlyinbigcitieswhereashigh levelmedicalinstitutionsarelackinginruralandeconomicallybackwardareas.Thelopsideddevelopmentofdemand formedicalservicesmaybeoneofthecausesoftheirrationaldistributionofmedicalresources.Itcanbeseenfrom theresearchthatitismoreappropriatetoallocateresourcestomedicalinstitutionsatdifferentlevelsaccordingtotheir needs.
