摘要
作者归纳了外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)的非正常拔管研究现状,指出了导管不能正常留置的原因及其危险因素研究的主要进展,旨在为护理人员针对相关危险因素进行有效的预防和处理提供指导,从而使导管安全、长效的留置,降低PICC的非正常拔管率。
This paper summarized the research status quo of abnormal extubation in PICC,and pointed out the main research progress on reasons and risk factors of abnormal retained catheter,so as to provide guidance for nursing staff taking effective prevention and treatment aiming at the related risk factors,and then make the catheter retained safe and long-lasting and reduce the rate of abnormal extubation.
