摘要
从EESET的主方程的格林函数解入手 ,采用合理的位形退耦平均近似 ,第一次给出了适合于短时低浓度区域的平均平方位与扩散系数的含时闭合的解析形式 ,与现有的其它理论所给出的相应的渐近级数展开结果一致 ,与实验结果相符合 .
Beginning with the Green function solution of the EESET main equation and proceedds to a rational bit form decoupling average approximation to generatethe analytic form for the first time, which is suited to the average square displacement in the short time low concentration field and the time dependent closure of dispersion coefficient. It conforms to the corresponding asymptotic series expansion from other existing theories as well as to experiment results.
