摘要
由3台SIEMENS S7-300PLC组成的DCS控制系统应用于分子蒸馏过程中,实现对五味子生产过程系统的实时监控。经实验生产表明,该DCS控制系统的自动化程度高、分离程度高、良好的人机界面有效地降低了人力和设备的长期维护。
DCS control system being composed of three SIEMENS S7-300 PLC is used in the molecular distillation process to realize the real-time monitoring for the production process of fructus schisandrae system.The experiments show that the DCS control system is automatic and with friendly interface,and can be effectively maintened in a long run.
