摘要
利用反向建模原理从实验数据出发,能够避免对系统假设和简化引入的误差,提高建模精度,真实反映系统的动态特性,清理和集成数据。同时选用偏最小二乘法作为建模方法,建立分子蒸馏局部系统的数学模型,提高分子蒸馏系统建模效率和建模精度。通过对蒸馏水电导率的预测,证实了模型的正确性和科学性。
Reverse modeling theory based on the experiment data can avoid the system assumptions and the simplify error.Reverse modeling can improve modeling accuracy,really reflect the dynamic behavior of the system,clear and the integrated data.At the same time use partial least squares as modeling method,establish the molecular distillation local mathematic model of the system,the distillation system modeling and modeling accuracy of molecular distillation can be improved.Through the forecast of distilled water conductivity,it confirm the validity and the scientific of the model.
