机械合金化合成Ti_3AlC_2导电陶瓷 被引量:2

Fabrication of Ti_3AlC_2 mechanical alloying ceramic materials

摘要 以Ti,Al和C单质作为原料,通过机械合金化制备出了Ti3AlC2粉体,并对其结构和成分进行了表征。研究了添加少量Si对其合成过程和合成产物的影响。结果表明,采用机械合金化方法可合成Ti3AlC2,合成产物中除了粉体外还有块体,其中粉体和块体产物中Ti3AlC2的含量几乎相似,大约为86wt%;通过掺杂适量的Si,可以促进Ti3AlC2的形成,产物中所得Ti3AlC2的含量分别高达94.2wt%和95.1wt%,同时还形成了Ti3Al(Si)C2固溶体。 With Ti,Al and C single element as the raw materials,Ti3AlC2 powder is prepared via mechanical alloying,and the powder's structure and composition are characterized.The effect of a small amount of Si acting on the process of synthesis and product is studied.The results indicate that the fabricated powder also contain 86wt% bulks,and proper Si addition can promote the formation of Ti3AlC2.The proportion of Ti3AlC2 can reach 94.2wt% and 95.1wt% respectively,and Ti3Al(Si)C2 solid solution is also formed.
