主要介绍了麦饭石的研究概况与营养价值 ,并对其水溶液性能及在饮料方面的开发与应用做了分析与探讨。
The study of “Mai-Fan”rock and its nutritional value is reported in this article.The function of the aqueous solution of the rock and the application of the solution in the food industry are also analyzed and discussed.
