摘要
自作为企业管理举措的业务外包引入图书馆以来,取得了明显成效,但也显现弊端,对于图书馆核心业务,变外包为内包,有益于加强图书馆对核心业务的控制能力,对提升图书馆服务水平有着重要的意义。
As a business management method,outsourcing obtained apparent effect since It been introduced to the library,but also shows its malpractice.For the library core business,It is beneficial to control the core business by library,and ability to improve library service level.
