介绍了米果产品的历史沿革 ;从米果生产线的组成、工艺流程、操作要点、产品质量控制等方面对米果生产的技术要素进行了分析 ;分析了米果产品在我国的市场前景 。
The history of rice food production was reviewed. The technical essentials of rice food production were analyzed from processing line, processing flow, operational essentials and control of product quality. Some suggestions for developing rice food were put forward from analyzing the market foreground in our country.
