摘要
目的了解肛周脓肿常见病原菌及其耐药性。方法应用纸片扩散法(K-B)检测病原菌对抗菌药物的耐药性;双纸片扩散确诊试验检测ESBLs。结果从肛周脓肿中共分离出122株病原菌,其中革兰阴性菌87株,占71.31%,革兰阳性菌32株,占26.23%,真菌3株,占2.46%;产超广谱β-内酰胺酶大肠埃希菌检出19株,检出率为32.76%,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌检出6株,检出率为33.33%,未发现耐万古霉素肠球菌。结论病原菌耐药性问题是抗感染治疗的主要威胁,合理使用抗菌药物以降低耐药性和采取有效措施控制其传播是非常重要的。
OBJECTVE To investigate common pathogens causing perianal abscess and their drug resistance.METHODS Antibiotic resistance was detected by Kirby-Bauer method,ESBLs-poducing isolates were confirmed by double disk diffusion confirming test.RESULTS of 122 strains of pathogens isolated from perianal abscess,there were 87(71.31%) strains of gram-negative bacteria,32(26.23%) strains of gram-positive bacteria,and 3 strains of fungi(2.46%);there were 19 strains of ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli isolates with the detection rate of 32.76%,there were 6 strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus isolates with the detection rate of 33.33%.No vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus were found.CONCLUSION Antimicrobial resistance of clinical isolates threatens the success of the treatment of infectious diseases,it is very important to promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents by taking effective containment for the control of its epidemic so as to minimize the drug resistance.
