摘要
目的：探讨一次性根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果。方法：选取2004年1月至2008年1月间在我院住院的肛周脓肿患者528例,采用一次性根治术进行治疗,并追踪随访治疗效果。结果：本组治愈519例,好转9例,治愈率98.30%;疗程13-45d,平均（21.46±2.24）d;术后随访1-2年,随访率95%,无出血、肛门失禁、肛瘘形成、畸形及复发病例。结论：一次性根治术治疗肛周脓肿疗效确切,并发症少,值得临床推广积极应用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of once radical correction on patients with perianal abscess. Method： 528 cases with perianal abscess who received once radical correction of one time in our hospital from January in 2004 to January in 2008 were selected and followed - up for the clinical effects. Result： The 519 patients were cured and 9 patients improved, the cure rate was 98.30%. The course of treatment was 13 to 45 days,and its average course was（21.46 ±2.24） days. The patients were followed- up about 122 years, and the follow- up rate was 95% ,no patient was found to be with bleeding, copracrasia, anal fistula, malformation and relapse. Conclusion： The effect of once radical correction on patients with perianal abscess is obvious and the complication is few, so it is worth being utilized positively.
