摘要
为了适应现代细纱机的发展趋势以及细纱长车高速化、数控化的技术进步,从两个部分详细论述了细纱机的应用技术,即纺纱厂的技术管理与应用。第一部分从细纱机的安装标准、安装要点以及如何周期维护、重点维护、日常维护,谈细纱设备的应用技术;第二部分从细纱机牵伸原理、工艺设计调节要点,以及用户最关心的卷绕成形和落纱、起纱的工艺调节参数的设计方法与技巧,谈细纱日常工艺的应用技术;通过对纺纱应用技术中细纱应用技术的发展趋势和发展方向进行展望,提出细纱机技术必然从纯机械式工艺参数化管理向数字化控制技术、工艺控制技术管理过渡;不远的未来,将有以远程技术服务和管理为特点的数控型高速细纱机进入市场。
In order to cater the development of the modern spinning frame and the tech-progress in high speed and digit control of the long spinning frame, details introduction is made to the application technology of the spinning frame including the technology management and the application from two aspects：the first aspect including the application of the spinning frame covering the norm of installation,installation essentials, regular maintenance, highlighted maintenance and the routine maintenance and day-to-day mainte- nance,the second aspect inluding the application technology of day-to-day process of the spinning frame covering the drafting element;the regulation hints of the process adjustment, caution （;; 8 ;-） of the winding and rewinding and yarn rising. Through the prospect of the developing trend and orientation of the spinning technology, conclusion is made that the technology of the spinning frame will transform from the mechanically-controlled process into the management with digit control technology and process control technology. In the near future,there will be a digit controlled hi-speed spinning frame characterized with remote technology service and management in the market.
