摘要
为了探讨提高环锭细纱机生产效率及其高速生产中如何对纺织专件及器材进行选配等问题,介绍了环锭细纱机高速化的基本措施,重点从高速锭子、高速钢领和钢丝圈、气圈控制环、锭子变速装置和卷装尺寸方面进行了阐述。指出棉纺环锭细纱机高速化生产是有严格条件的,国产环锭细纱机高速化生产应分步走;高速锭子是环锭细纱机高速化的前提,高速钢领和钢丝圈是其高速化的关键,气圈控制环是高速化的有效措施,锭子变速装置是高速化的必要措施,选择合理的卷装尺寸是高速化的根本。
In order to discuss about the production upgrading of the ring spinning frame and the selection of the parts in hi-speed production,introduction is done to the general measures promoting hi-speed of the ring spinning frame beginning with the hi-speed spindle,the hi-speed ring and traveller,balloon control ring,spindle speed regulation and package size.Conclusion is made that the process of the hi-speed production of ring spinning frame should be carried out step by step.The hi-speed production of the ring spinning frame needs hi-speed spindle as the precondition,the hi-speed ring and traveller as the key and the balloon control ring as the effective measure and the spindle speed regualtion as the necessary measure and the package size as the fundament.
