热牙胶技术在下颌第二磨牙牙周牙髓综合征中的治疗观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察热牙胶根充技术在下颌第二磨牙牙周牙髓综合症中的的疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:患牙周牙髓综合征的下颌第二磨牙143例,C形根管56例,C形以外根管87例,随机分为两组,实验组行超声荡洗根管并用热牙胶垂直加压根充和牙周系统治疗的联合治疗,对照组行常规根管治疗术和牙周系统治疗的联合治疗,观察治疗后1年的临床疗效。结果:1年后C形根管热牙胶组成功率96.55%,冷牙胶组成功率74.07%,实验组和对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在下颌第二磨牙C形根管牙周牙髓综合症中超声荡洗根管并用热牙胶垂直加压充填法优于冷牙胶侧压充填法,效果明显,并能有效促进根尖周及牙周组织的愈合。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of thermal gutta percha root canal treatment of mandibular second molar in endodontic-periodontal syndrome.Methods:143 mandibular second molars were diagnosed as endodontic periodontal syndrome with C-shaped root canal 56 cases and other 87 cases randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group added hot gutta vertical with ultrasonic technique,and the control group added cold gutta-side.Both groups were treated with periodontic treatment,and the clinical effects were observed.Results:After one year's treatment,the success rate of the experimental group was 91% with C-shaped root canal,while the success rate of the control group was 74.07%.There were clear differences between the two groups.Conclusion:Hot gutta-percha technique with ultrasonic technique is better than lateral compaction technique in the treatment of endodontic-periodontal syndrome with C-shaped root canal,which can effectively promote the healing of periapical and periodontal tissue.
