摘要
目的探讨牙周病扇形排列前牙桩核烤瓷全冠修复疗效。方法对2002年6月～2008年6月80例患者240颗前牙根据牙周病变的程度先行完善的牙周洁治治疗,再对患牙行必要完善严密的根管充填治疗,随后对前牙进行截冠,铸造桩加烤瓷冠修复,纠正前牙不良唇向倾斜度,改善并恢复前牙唇向倾斜程度及颜面美观。患者定期复查,随访1～3a。结果 40颗患牙行桩冠修复后,228颗患牙修复体完好,达到成功标准。修复失败6例,其中3例发生患牙牙根松动,3例桩核松动脱落。结论在良好的牙周维护前提下,对临床适应证范围内的牙周病扇形排列前牙病例,先行完善的牙周及根管治疗,再做桩核烤瓷冠修复,不仅可以做到恢复前牙列形态及颜面美观,而且可以达到保存自然牙根,固定松动牙的目的。
Objective To discussion the effect.of treating Periodontosis with fan-shaped arrangement,casting pile and roasts porcelain in entire crown.Methods From June,2002 to June,2008,according to the changes degree of periodontosis,80 patient（240 teeth）were treated completly by cleaning around the teeth and backfilling the teeth root-canals.Then,to truncate the crown in first tooth.Repaired them with casting pile and roasts porcelain crown,and corrected the ascent of lips,improving and restore the artistic in the inclined lip and whole face.Follow-up the patient for 1~3 years and reexaminate regularly.Results 228 teeth were successfully restored in 240 bad teeth.6 patients were defeated,the root of teeth were loosed in 3 patients,the pile nucleus were falled and loosely in3 patients.Conclusion First,to completly clean around the teeth and backfill the teeth rootcanals,then,to repaire the teeth with casting pile and roasts porcelain crown in the first teeth with fan-shaped arrangement under mainting nomally around the teeth.It can not only restore artistic and normal shaped in the first teeth,but also profect the original teeth root and fix the loose teeth.
