摘要
目的 观察皮敏消胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹(chronic urticaria,CU)的疗效及安全性。方法 治疗组35例给予皮敏消胶囊口服,4粒/次,3次/d,盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊1粒/d;对照组32例仅服盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊,剂量同治疗组。治疗4周判定疗效。判效后随访4周观察复发情况。结果 治疗组痊愈率85.71%,对照组痊愈率56.25%,χ2=7.14,P<0.05。随访治疗组复发率36.67%,对照组复发率77.78%,χ2=6.01,P<0.05。两组均无明显不良反应。结论 皮敏消胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊治疗CU,近、远期疗效均优于单用盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊组,并具有较好的安全性。
Objective To observe the curative effect and security of using Piminxiao capsules and Levocetirizine Hydrochloride capsules to treat chronic urticaria.Methods 35 cases in the treatment groupwere given Piminxiao capsules,per os 4 capsules/time,3 times/day,and Levocetirizine Hydrochloride capsules 1 capsule/day.32 cases in the control group were given only Levocetirizine Hydrochloride capsules with the same dose as the treatment group.After 4 weeks of treatment,curative effects were determined.The follow-up visit was made in four weeks after determination to observe recurrence.Results The cure rate of treatment group was 85.71%,while 56.25% in control group.χ2=7.14,P0.05.In follow-up visit,the recurrence rate was 36.67% in treatment group,while 77.78% in control group,χ2=6.01,P0.05.There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion The short-term and long-term curative effects of using Piminxiao capsules and Levocetirizine Hydrochloride capsules to treat chronic urticaria are better than those of the only use of Levocetirizine Hydrochloride capsules,and has better security.
