摘要
目的观察玉屏风散配合腧穴自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及复发率。方法将126例患者随机分为两组,对照组单纯口服西替利嗪,治疗组采用玉屏风散配合腧穴自血疗法。观察两组患者的临床疗效、血IgE值及复发率。结果两组患者临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组IgE值和复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散配合腧穴自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹较比单纯应用西药疗效好。
Objective To observe the cure effect and the recurrence rate of chronic urticaria treated by YUPINGFENGSAN combined with Auto-blood therapy. Methods 126 cases of chronic urticaria were divided into two groups randomly. The control group were treated with oral citirizine, the therapy group were treated with YUPINGFENGSAN combined with Auto-blood therapy. The change of IgE level in blood was detected; The patients who had cure effect were followed up for three months, calculated the recurrence rate. Results There was significant difference of cure effect between two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）, the level of IgE and recurrence rate were lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The cure effect of YUPINGFENGSAN combined with Auto-blood therapy are better than that in control group.
