摘要 聚乙二醇-碘为碘伏类消毒剂。其含有效碘200ppm的溶液,对白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用1分钟,对类炭疽杆菌芽胞作用30分钟,杀灭率可达99.99%。含有效碘500ppm溶液作用10分钟,可将HBsAg灭活。药液在室温下避光贮存两年,有效碘无明显下降。 Polyethylene glycol-iodine (PEG-I) is a kind of iodophor disinfectants prepared in this laboratory. It was indicated in laboratory that solution of PEG-I containing 200 ppm available iodine with an one-minute contact time could kill above 99.99% of Staphylococcus albus, S. aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Same solution of PEG-I with a 30 min contact time could kill 99.99% of spores of Bacillus anthracoides. The solution containing 50~100 ppm available iodine could inhibit growth of fungi. HBsAg could be inactivated by PEG-I solution containing 500 ppm available iodine after contact for 10 min. The available iodine content of PEG-I showed no significant decrease when it was stored in brown bottle at room temperature for two years. Good results have been obtained in hospital trials of skin disinfection.
