摘要
目的:观察聚维酮碘对常见微生物的杀菌性能及其影响因素。方法:依据《消毒技术规范》(2002年版),采用碘量法测定含量和悬液定量杀菌试验法对其进行研究。结果:该PVP-I有效碘含量为10.05 g/L,54℃存放14天或自然室温存放1年下降率均<10%。在试验温度20℃条件下,PVP-I有效碘50 mg/L对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min,对大肠杆菌作用2 min的杀灭对数值均>5.00,有效碘60 mg/L对白色念珠菌作用2 min的杀灭对数值>4.00,均达到消毒合格标准。当试验温度为30℃时,有效碘50 mg/L对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min的杀灭对数值达到了6.30;试验温度10℃时,杀灭对数值仅为3.05;pH由4.7降为2.7时,有效碘50 mg/L对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min杀灭对数值提高到6.13;有效碘50 mg/L对含30 g/L的牛血清的金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min杀灭对数值仅为2.06。结论:该PVP-I杀菌效果及稳定性良好,浓度增加、温度升高、pH值降低,其杀菌效果增强,有机物对杀菌效果影响较大。
Objective:To observe the killing effect of povidoneiodine on familiar germs and its influencing factors.Methods:Iodomotry was used to test the iodine contents and suspension quantitative germicidal test was used for the study,according to Technical Standard for Disinfection(2002).Results:The iodine contents of the povidoneiodine was 10.05 g/L,and the decline rate for storaged 14 days at 54℃ or one year naturally at room temperature was less than 10%.The results showed that at 20℃,after exposing to the 50 mg/L water solution of povidoneiodine for 5 min,the killing logarithm of staphylococcus aureus was up to 5.00,and that of colon bacillus for 2min was up to 5.00 too,the effect to candida albicans up to 4.00 after exposing to the 60 mg/L availble idoine solution for 2 min.They all can reach the disinfection standard.At temperature 10℃,the killing logarithm of staphylococcus aureus in 10 min can reach the typical 5.00,when it is 30℃,the killing logarithm of staphylococcus aureus reach up to 6.3 in 10 min;When the pH value of the disinfectant solution decreased from 4.7 to 2.7,the killing logarithm of staphylococcus aureus after exposing to the 50 mg/L availble idoine solution for 5 min increased from 5.37 to 6.13;after exposing to the 50mg/L availble idoine solution for 5 min,the killing logarithm of staphylococcus aureus which contain 30 g/L calf serum just reach 2.06.Conclusion:The results suggest that the povidoneiodine had high sporicidal efficacy and good stability,and the sporicidal efficacy of povidoneiodine increased with higher concentration,temperature and lower pH value,and organic substance had high influence on its germicidal efficacy.
