摘要家庭治疗作为心理治疗中一种重要的治疗模式,由于它的理论与技术产生于西方的文化背景下,所以要将之运用在中国的文化中,必然要面临文化适应的问题。在具体运用中,首先应当以中国家庭及家庭中的成员之间的互动所呈现的问题作为研究对象;其次对西方的家庭治疗技术与方法应根据中国的文化、中国家庭的特点做出适当调整。另外,还应注意从结构式家庭治疗的文化适应性、多元文化主义对家庭治疗的影响和整合式家庭治疗的文化反思三个方面进行思考。 Home treatment is an important mode for psychological treatment.As its theory and technique originated from the background of Western culture,its application in Chinese culture will inevitably face the issue of cultural adaptation.In practice,firstly the study object should be the problems presented by Chinese families and the interaction between the family members;secondly appropriate adjustment should be made to adapt the western home treatment technique and methods to Chinese culture and to the characteristics of Chinese families;and thirdly considerations should be given to the cultural adaptation of the structure of home treatment,the influence of multiculturalism to home treatment,and the cultural retrospection on the integrated home treatment.
