摘要
针对社会工作理论、方法和实务中面临的社会化问题,以家庭治疗为重点,考察了文化视角下中国人家庭观念、家庭关系的特点,分析了借鉴西方为主的家庭治疗理论假设和治疗目标与中国家庭观念及家庭关系理念形成的矛盾冲突,据此提出,社会工作者应保持文化的敏锐性,将本土文化结构与西方理论、模式相结合,创设一套切合中国家庭的介入目标、介入模式和介入技巧,以此作为探讨家庭治疗理论与实务本土化的一种尝试。
Considering the theory and method of social work and socializational problems in the practice, the paper studied, in view of culture and focusing on family therapy, the features of Chinese family concepts and relationship. After analysing that the mainly western-borrowed theoretic assumption and therapy goal had conflicted with Chinese culture in the family therapy, it put foward that social workers must maintain their cultural sensitivity to develop a nationalized model that is a rational integration of Chinese culture and the western theory and pattern.
