术前口服依立雄胺对TURP治疗BPH术中术后出血的影响

摘要 目的观察术前一周口服依立雄胺对TURP术中出血量,手术时间,术后膀胱冲洗时间的影响。方法 120例BPH患者随机分为A组,单纯TURP常规治疗,B组,TURP术前一周口服依立雄胺,比较2组术中出血量,手术时间,术后膀胱冲洗时间,统计分析。结果 B组术中出血量明显低于A组,P<0.01。手术时间,术后膀胱冲洗时间均小于A组,P<0.05。结论术前口服依立雄胺可减少TURP术中出血,缩短术后膀胱冲洗时间,应在临床广泛推广。
