摘要
针对我校计算机科学与技术专业人才培养模式现状及其存在的不足,提出"1+2+1"的计算机应用型人才培养新模式。通过开设软件开发与网络工程应用型人才培养模式创新实验班,在教育理念、培养目标与规格、课程体系结构、管理与运行机制、评估方式等多方面进行改革与创新。经过几年的试验,创新实验班的学生在软件系统开发能力和网络工程能力方面取得了明显的提高,本专业人才培养模式的改革与实践取得了一定的成效。
In view of the school of computer science and technology talents training mode current situation and problems, puts forward ＂1 ＋2＋1＂ computer application talents training mode. Through the creation of software development and network engineering application oriented personnel training mode innovation experiment class, makes reformation and innovation in the education idea, training objectives and specifications, the curriculum system structure, management and operation mechanism, evaluation and other aspects. After several years of experiments, innovation experiment class students in the ability of software system development and network engineering ability has been greatly improved, the professional personnel training mode reformation and practice, obtains certain result.
