摘要
本文以一典型的主－裙楼结构──南京广电大厦为例，分析了主－裙楼结构体系的动力性能，研究了该结构前２０阶振型的特点，对结构的抗震能力进行了计算分析，讨论了地震作用下主－裙楼结构变形的特点、结构中动应力集中问题以及大空间剪力墙出现的平面外变形现象。
In this paper, by analyzing a typical highrise building with podium-the Naming Cable TV Station - the dynamic properties and the first 20 free vibration modes of the building are studied, and the seismic resistance capacity of the structure is analyzed. The deformation characteristics of the building, the stress concentration in the structure and the out-of-plane deformation Of large space shear wall under seismic actions are discussed.
