摘要
针对宿迁市中豪国际广场酒店主裙楼刚度分布不均匀而产生的扭转变形的问题,采用在裙房边跨设置阻尼器的方法来降低附属结构地震动力响应,控制裙房位移变形,采用ETABS程序分别从结构层间剪力、层间位移角、裙房顶层控制点时程位移、参与裙房工作的阻尼器耗能几个方面,对比了设置阻尼器前后结构的减震性能,表明了该方法在针对宿迁市中豪国际广场酒店主裙楼结构因偏心引起的扭转变形问题上效果显著,不仅对刚度较弱方向的位移变形有良好的控制效果,而且刚度较强方向的位移也明显下降。参与工作的阻尼器均正常发挥效能,从而表明该减震方法可行有效。
A problem about irregular torsion of the main-podium structure of the Suqian zhonghao International Plaza Hotel was raised. A series of time-history analysis are carried out by using the ETABS program to evaluate the reduction method of adopting dampers setting on the podium building. the comparison on the story sheers,story drifts. The reduction effect of the podium,and the dissipative performance of the dampers under different earthquake waves are analyzed respectively. The results show that using the method can not only effectively reduce the seismic response of the podium structure in the direction of larger stiffness,but also have influence on the seismic performance in the direction of weaker,and function of all dampers is well in the structure. The method can control effectively the torsional deformation of the main-podium structure under earthquake action.
