摘要
采用碘值法对不同地区、不同醇化时期烟叶的醇化程度进行了判断。结果表明 :判断准确率高达 80 %以上。与传统方法 (目测和评吸 )相比 ,碘值判断法操作简单、快速、重现性强 ,且减少了人为的误差 。
The oxidization of iodine was applied to estimate the degree of tobacco aging. The results indicated that the accuracy of estimation was beyond 80%. The iodimetric titration is proved to be simple, fast and better reproducible.
