摘要
目的优选田丹滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法采用正交设计试验法,从滴丸的溶散时间、丸重变异系数及外观质量为综合评定指标,优选田丹滴丸最佳成型工艺。结果以药物∶基质=1∶3,PEG6000∶F188=1∶2,滴速为40滴/min,药液温度为85℃,冷凝液温度5℃时制得的滴丸成型性较好。结论制得的滴丸溶散时限、圆整度及丸重均符合质量要求,该工艺合理、可行。
Objective To determine the best preparation technology of Tiandan Dripping Pills.Methods Using orthogonal test to select the best technology of Tiandan Dripping Pills which design with solution time,weight different and appearance characters as evaluation parameters.Results The optimum dripping conditions were as follow: the weight proportion of drug and matrix was 1∶3,the weight proportion of PEG6000: F188 was 1∶2,the dripping speed was 40 drips per minutes,the dripping temperature was 85℃,the temperature of refrigerant was 5℃.Conclusion The time of dissolution,the spherical degree and the weight of pills are comfortable to the quality requirement;the technology is reasonable and feasible.
