摘要
目的研究以聚乙二醇6000为基质制备止咳平喘滴丸的最佳配方工艺。方法用正交试验法,考察药物稠膏与基质的比例、稠膏固含物、药液温度、冷凝剂温度对滴丸质量的影响。结果按优选配方工艺制备的止咳平喘滴丸,圆整均匀、色泽一致、产品质量合格。结论配方合理,工艺简便,中试结果重复性好。
Objective To optimize the formulation of Zhikepingchuan dripping pills. Method PEG-6000 and the concentrated extract of ephedra,datura flower, liquorice root and bitter apricot seed were used to prepare Zhikepingchuan dripping pills and the preparation techniques were optimized by orthogonal design. Variables related to the quality of the pills included the weight ratio of the extract to PEG-6000,solid content in the extract, temperature of the mixed liquor and condensing agent. Results The pills prepared by the optimized formulation were round with a smooth surface and uniform color. Conclusion The optimized formulation is reasonable and reproducible for the production Zhikepingchuan dripping pills.
