摘要
目的探讨逍遥散联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将68例抑郁症患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组34例。对照组患者给予单纯帕罗西汀治疗;治疗组患者给予帕罗西汀联合逍遥散治疗。结果治疗组与对照组患者治疗后HAMD评分与治疗前相比明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后HAMD评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率94.12%明显高于对照组的总有效率73.53%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论逍遥散配合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效确切,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effi ciency of paroxetine combined with Xiaoyaosan in the treatment of clinical depression.Methods Select 68 depression patients in our hospital fromFebruary 2010 to October 2011.These patients were randomly divided into two groups,34patients each.The patients of control group were treated with paroxetine;the patients of observation group were treated with paroxetine combined with Xiaoyaosan.Analyze the effi ciency of these two treatments.Results HAMD scores after treatment of these two groups were statistically lower than before treatment（P0.05）.The total eff iciency of observation group was 94.12% much better than contro1 group（73.53%）,with statistical signif icance（P0.05）.Conclusions Xiaoyaosan combined with paroxetine in treatment of clinical depression was eff icient and should be widely used.
