摘要
从开发区内的企业方面考虑土地集约利用度,选取舒城经济开发区的企业,在传统的熵值法的基础上加以改进,并用MATLAB对改进的熵值法编程,最后得出了舒城经济开发区企业土地的集约利用度,结果表明各个企业都处于粗放的利用状态,今后应引进占地少、投资强度高的工业项目,并建立有效的监督机制来严格地控制土地利用,引导开发区从粗放向集约发展。
The land intensive use degree of enterprises in Shucheng Economic Development Zone was concluded with MATLAB programming of the improved entropy method. The results indicated that the lands are extensively used. It was suggested that those industrial projects with small occupation area but high investment should be introduced, effective monitoring system should be established to strictly control the land use, and the development zone should be led to the path of intensive development.
