摘要
栝蒌是葫芦科栝蒌属的多年生草质藤本,其根、果皮、种子既可入药又可食用。该研究首次对废弃的栝楼瓤液进行了成分分析与主要活性物质的分离纯化。结果表明,栝楼瓤液成分丰富,而且含有极具应用价值的天然色素、抑菌蛋白与核糖核酸酶蛋白,具有极高的应用价值。
Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim is a species of perennial liana in genus Trichosanthes of family Cucurbitaceae, its root, peel and seed can be used as both medicine and food. The components in the pulp liquid of wasted Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim were analyzed and the main active components were extracted and purified. The results showed that the pulp liquid of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim contained rich compo- nents, especially natural pigment, antagonistic protein and RNase protein with high application value.
