摘要
根据齿轮的空间啮合原理,采用球面渐开线在Pro/E环境下实现了内锥齿轮的精确建模与虚拟装配。模型运动仿真结果显示齿轮副啮合关系正确。在Pro/MECHANICA环境中进行模态分析得到了模型的相关振型及振动频率,避免了导入ANSYS后可能发生破面和特征丢失的情况。通过后处理程序显示振型图和动画,直观地展现齿轮的各阶模态振型,为避免共振提供了直观的设计依据。为基于Pro/E的建模与分析提供了有效的途径。
According to the principle of gear spatial-meshing,precise modeling and virtual assembly for Internal Bevel Gear was carried out using spherical involute in Pro/E.Model movement Simulation result for model movement indicates that the meshing relationship of gear pair is correct.Vibration types and vibrations graphics obtained by modal analysis sequence of Pro/MECHANICA,the finite element modal analysis under the Pro/E circumstance,loss features of model was effectively avoided.Vibration types and vibrations graphics showed by finishing sequence of Pro/MECHANICA,intuitively reflect the frequency and shake model,these are visual design references for avoiding resonance.An effective approach of modeling and analysis technology present.
