摘要
乙醛酸衍生物广泛用于作医药、农药、香料、化妆品和染料的中间体 ,此文综述和评论这些衍生物研究的进展 ,包括乙醛酸和尿囊素、酚的衍生物、扁桃酸、香兰素、胡椒醛、对羟基苯乙酸、对羟基苯甘氨酸、取代丁烯酸等。
The derivatives for oxoacetic acid have been widely used as intermediate in preparation of pharmaceutical,agrochemical,cosmetic and dyestuff.Recent progress in these respect have been reviewed in this paper with 59 references,especially from the following aspects:Glyoxylie acid and Allantoin.The derivatives in phenol(Vanilline,Piperonal,etc.),Mandelicacid, p hydroxyphlacetic acid, p hydroxyphenylglycine,Substituted butenoic acid,etc.This review involves some novel results of our work in these field during last years.Such as,the electrochemical process for manufucturing solution of oxoacetic acid by the reducing oxlilc acid at Pb electrode.By making use of simple reductive agent p hydroxy mandelic acid were changed into p hydroxyphenylacetic acid,the o /p isomer ratio thus ensueing in hydroxymandelic acid were controlled efficiently.
