摘要
目的通过对我院中成药用药情况分析,为临床合理用药和药剂科工作提供参考。方法对我院中成药的用药品种、金额、数量、用药频度、日平均费用等,采用列表分析的方法,找出中成药用药规律及存在问题。结果我院中成药应用以活血化瘀、清热解毒类为主,其次为清肝利胆和妇科用药。中成药药品消耗金额与全部药品消耗金额比例均值为39.24%,中成药注射剂的每日治疗费用较高。结论我院中成药用药基本合理,价格适中且疗效确切的中成药在临床应用中占有较大份额,但部分处方存在重复用药、疗程偏长、费用较高,有待规范。
Objective To analyzes the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital,to provide references for rational medicine use and pharmacy work.Methods The data of the category,amount,quantity,DDDs and the average daily consumption of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital during 2008-2010 were tabulated to find out the medication rules and problems.Results The medicine of activating blood and removing stasis,clearing heat and detoxicating was used frequently,followed by liver gallbladder and gynecological medicine.Percentage of traditional Chinese medicines consumption was 39.24%,especialy the daily injection consumption was very high.Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicines in our hospital is rational on the whole.Traditional Chinese medicines play an important part in the clinical use for the reasonable price and affirmative effect,however,some of the prescriptions were repeated with long treatment course and high expense,which should be standardized.
