摘要
在以往的临床分类中,普遍认为慢性宫颈炎是最常见的一种生殖道炎症,是急性宫颈炎治疗不彻底后转化为慢性所致。近20年间,国内外学者对这一疾病的认识发生了较大改变,在其命名上经历了从急性与慢性宫颈炎,到黏液脓性宫颈炎,再到如今宫颈炎的变迁过程。目前已放弃了"慢性宫颈炎"的概念,仅使用宫颈炎这一术语对宫颈炎症进行描述,其相应的治疗方法也发生了较大的改变。
Chronic cervicitis is considered to be the most common genital tract inflammation in the previous clinical categorization,and is caused by the incomplete treatment of acute cervictitis.Over the recent 20 years,the definition and treatment of cervicitis have gone through great changes from acute cervicitis and chronic cervicitis,mucopurulent cervicitis,and cervicitis currently.The concept of ＂chronic cervicitis＂ was gradually given up,and only cervicitis is used to describe the disease,while the treatment has been changed greatly accordingly as well.
