摘要
对于宫颈癌合并葡萄胎的确诊,若围绝经期女性,以月经出现不规律、盆腔包块及腰痛到医院就诊,应及时做一些相关检查,排除妊娠和妊娠相关疾病,以免误诊,并行手术及对症治疗,术后应定期随访。
For cervical cancer with hydatidiform mole diagnosed,if perimenopausal women with menstruation,irregular, pelvic and back to the hospital,should make some relevant inspection and timely,rule out pregnancy and pregnancy re- lated diseases,to avoid misdiagnosis,parallel operation and symptomatic treatment,patients should be followed up regu- larly.
