摘要
化疗是恶性肿瘤患者常用的治疗方法,但是化疗药物尤其是大剂量的化疗药物常对机体正常敏感组织造成严重损伤。化疗导致的肠黏膜屏障功能障碍在全身感染、炎性反应综合征和多器官功能障碍综合征的发病中有着重要影响。化疗时肠黏膜屏障功能障碍的发生不仅与化疗药物的种类、剂量和化疗方式有关,亦和化疗前患者的营养状况、免疫功能相关。现对化疗所致的肠黏膜屏障功能损伤及其防治进展予以综述。
Chemotherapy has been shown to be effective in the treatment of patients with malignancies.However,anticancer drugs,particularly high-dose,also damage other chemosensitive tissues,and these adverse effects can also impair intestinal mucosal barrier.The derangement in the barrier function plays a central role in the pathophysiology of systemic infection,sepsis syndrome and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.The intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction is not only related with the type,dose and chemotherapy method,but also the nutritional status and immune system functions of patients before chemotherapy.Here is to make a review on the chemotherapy-induced intestinal barrier dysfunction and its prevention and treatment.
