生态工业园生态效率评价——以烟台经济技术开发区生态工业园为例 被引量:4

Eco-efficiency evaluation of eco-industrial parks:a case study of eco-industrial park of Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone

摘要 利用物元可拓方法建立了生态工业园(EIPs)生态效率评价模型,发展了传统生态效率的测度方法,对指标一致化处理的具体方法和关联度的计算做了合理的改进,提出了等级特征值的贴近度指标和利用特征因子的初等关联度进行物元可拓限制因子的识别方法,并在烟台经济技术开发区生态工业园进行应用,结果表明:2007年,该园区的生态效率等级为1.6867,说明其生态效率介于优和达标二个等级之间,与优级和达标的贴近度分别为31.33%和84.34%,因此评定为生态效率达标。 Based on the matter-element extension theory,an assessment model is built for eco-efficiency of eco-industrial parks(EIPs),which develops conventional eco-efficiency measurement.Some improvements are offered in the model.They are the method of standardized processing the indicators and the calculation on conjunction degree of the indicators.The paper develops the parameter of closeness degree of level value of EIP eco-efficiency and the identification of restriction factors by means of the primary conjunction degree of the indicators.The method is applied in the EIP of Yantai Economic Technological Development Zone.The result shows that the level value of eco-efficiency of the park is 1.6867,lying between top grade and eligibility.The closeness degrees to top grade and eligibility are 31.33% and 84.34% respectively.Therefore,the level of eco-efficiency of the park is assessed as eligibility rating.
