摘要
生态工业园是一种新型的可持续发展模式,是生态工业学和循环经济理论在实践中的运用,建立一套生态工业园区的评价指标体系和评价模式对推动生态工业园区的完善和发展具有重大的意义.在对生态工业园区调查研究的基础上,采用专家咨询法建立了生态工业园区的评价指标体系.再根据调查研究和资料分析法确定了评价指标体系的相关标准.并以建立的生态工业园区评价指标体系及其标准为基础,利用灰色聚类方法对生态工业园区进行科学的分析和综合评价.
The Eco-industrial Park, an application of the theories of Industrial Ecology and Circulation Economy to industrial practice, is a new model of sustainable development. It is of great importance that a suit of evaluation index system and evaluation mode be set up to promote the perfection and development of it. Based on the investigation of such parks, the assessment indicator system of the Eco-industrial Park is established in the paper through seeking counsel of experts. According to the established assessment indicator system and relevant standards, the Eco-industrial Park is analyzed and evaluated scientifically by the grey clustering method.
