摘要
通过对塞罕坝自然保护区实验区现有森林资源现状和经营必要性的分析,坚持保护第一、持续发展的原则,在政策允许和技术保障的前提下,在实验区内进行适度的生态疏伐、修枝、透光伐等经营活动,可达到提高林分质量、保护森林生态系统及珍稀濒危野生动植物资源的目的,并能产生巨大的生态效益、社会效益、经济效益,在实验区内进行健康经营是可行的。
Indispensable analysis on the status of existing forest resources and management necessity at the experiment section in Saihanba The authors suggest that any operating ac tion of natural forest resources at first and tlV：t： mak natural reserve was conducted in this paper. es persist in the principles of putting protec- ing sustainable development. On the premise of policy tolerance and technology availability, moderate operating activities like ecology thinning, pruning, release cutting and etc. at experiment section are supposed to improve the stand quality, and protect the forest ecosystem as well as the resources of endangered rare species of wild fauna and flora, with great ecological benefit, social benefit and economic benefit. Therefore, forest health management at experiment section is feasible.
