摘要
报道了采用 ICP- AES法测定贵金属 -难熔金属涂布液中铱和钌。考察了基体及无机酸对发射强度的影响。采用铬作为内标元素以提高方法的精密度。在优化条件下 ,对 Ir10 ,Ir2 0 两个试样进行了测定。其相对标准偏差 ( n=9) Ir为 0 .58%~ 1 .36 % ,Ru为 0 .54%~ 0 .76 % ;回收率 Ir为 97%~ 1 0 3%、Ru为 96 %~ 1 0 3%。
This paper described a method for the determination of iridium and ruthenium in the coating liquid of precious metal refractory metal by ICP AES.The effects of matrix and inorganic acid on emission intensity of Ir and Ru were investigated.Element chromium was used as internal standard to increase the method's precision.At optimum condition two samples Ir 10 and Ir 20 were analyzed.Relative standard deviation is in the range of 0.58%~1.36% for Ir and 0.54%~0 76% for Ru.Recovery is in the range of 97%~103% for Ir and 96%~103% for Ru.
